  • MERN Stack Developer (URGENT)

    We are looking for a project-based MERN Full Stack Developer - someone with a passion for design, collaborative mindset, and effective problem-solving skills. As a Full Stack Developer, you’d be responsible for working closely with other engineers to create beautiful, intuitive, functional user experiences for a ground-up Android and iOS application using ReactJS, React-Native, Node.JS, Express.JS and MongoDB.

    Required Skills:

    • Familiarity with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.JS, React.JS and Node.JS)

    • Minimum 2 years (3 preferred) of working experience in front-end development with React JS

    • Experience building back-end API’s using Node.js and Express.Js

    • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis

    • Experience with Web sockets and related frameworks (e.g. Socket.IO)

    • Experience using RESTful APIs and basic authentication mechanisms, such as Cookie authentication and JWT.

    • Entrepreneurial drive to create successful products

    • Very Fluent in English

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience building native applications with React-Native

    • Experience with Docker virtualization

    • Experience with relational databases such as MySql and Postgres Sql

    • Experience with Git version control system

    • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)

  • Administrative Virtual Assistant (FOR POOLING)

    This individual will directly assist a C-Level Entrepreneurial Executive. Must have a flexible work schedule, with a fully functional home office. This position with require some local help with an otherwise virtual schedule. This position starts with x hours with the ability to grow fulltime. 

     

    Must be proficient in Google Apps, Outlook, scheduling, managing logistics, booking travel, managing new leads and clients, and excellent proofreading skills. Must be able to work calmly and efficiently in a fast - paced environment.

     

    This position requires extreme attention to detail while keeping several avenues of business afloat at all times.

     

    The right individual for this position will be a self-starter who takes proactive measures to catch issues before they happen. The right individual will also take ownership of their position to keep things running smoothly for the executive.

     

    The following qualifications are required:

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • 3+ years of experience as marketing coordinator or higher

    • Website management experience, specifically using WordPress

    • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, Infusionsoft, Active Campaign, Hubspot or Pardot

    • Social media marketing experience in LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, including both organic and pay per click marketing

    • Experience with PPC campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads

    • Availability to respond to requests within an hour during hours of 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday – Friday  in client's time zone.

    • Your own laptop and smartphone with broadband access to the Internet

     

    The following qualifications are not required, but would be useful:

    • Website design experience 

    • Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc)

    • Experience creating marketing copy, blogging and creating content 

  • Marketing Virtual Assistant (FOR POOLING)

    Marketing VAs typically assist clients on an ongoing basis by setting up, maintaining, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Examples of these campaigns include automated email marketing campaigns; Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads PPC campaigns; creating blogs and revising website content according to SEO guidelines; and organic social media posting. As a virtual marketing assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients to achieve their marketing goals. Experience assisting real estate professionals, doctors, and life coaches with digital marketing campaigns would be a plus. 

     

    Because we provide highly attentive service to our clients, you must be available to respond to client communications during the business day within 15 minutes by email, phone, and text. You also must be available to complete work during normal business hours of 9am – 6pm in your client’s time zone. All of this work is done remotely, meaning that you can work from home.

    We are a growing business and we are looking for a virtual marketing assistant who is excited to partner with us to help grow this aspect of our business. This role will require at least X hours per week of availability, with more hours during busy times.
