I don't know about you, but I only have 24 hours in a day.
I have 24 hours to spend with my family, take care of personal stuff, eat, sleep, AND run my small business.
And for every minute I spend doing something that is outside of the main thing in my business, it drains me. It can really be exhausting!
I didn't start my business to spend hours answering emails, scheduling social media posts or checking my calendar. I started my business to help other people grow their business!
What did you start your business to do?
Was it bookkeeping? Was it social media? Was it writing lots and lots of emails?
When we spend time doing the things we don't truly love to do, the drain on our energy and productivity is significant. An hour spent doing something you don't like to do is far more taxing than an hour spent in your zone of genius.

If you are looking to grow your business, it is time to stop being a "jack of all trades" and start DELEGATING. Look for activities that are eating your time, taking you outside your area of expertise, or have the potential to be expensive mistakes.
If you don’t know how to do something in your business or if doing something doesn't really spark joy, have someone else do it for you. If you like doing something but you can earn more by doing what you're really an expert at and it would cost much less to have someone else do that task for you, then outsource it.
